What does the free limited warranty cover?+
Every vehicle includes a free limited drivetrain warranty covering the engine, transmission, and drive axle assembly for 2 months or 2,000 miles — whichever comes first. There is no deductible on covered repairs.
Do I have to buy an extended warranty to buy a car?+
No. The limited drivetrain warranty is included free with every vehicle. Extended coverage and GAP are optional and never required for financing approval.
Who provides the extended warranty plans?+
We partner with reputable 3rd party warranty providers that deliver extended coverage at very competitive prices — typically well below dealership rates for comparable protection.
What is GAP coverage and do I need it?+
GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) covers the difference between what you owe on your loan and what insurance pays if your vehicle is totaled or stolen. It's especially valuable when you finance most of the purchase price.
Can I use my own mechanic?+
Yes — any ASE-certified shop in the U.S. Just call us before the repair so we can pre-authorize the work.
What if my car is high-mileage?+
We offer extended plans for vehicles up to 150,000 miles. Coverage tiers adjust based on age and mileage — ask your finance manager for an exact quote.
Is wear-and-tear covered?+
Warranties cover mechanical breakdown, not routine maintenance. Brake pads, wipers, tires, and oil changes are not included.
Can I cancel extended coverage?+
Yes. Full refund within 30 days, prorated refund after that. We handle the paperwork.
